Sorry, i'm afraid those bells aren't ringing anywhere near me... I'm not getting married, it's my cousin's wedding on sunday..
Besides that, the blue birds are away in search of hotter weather..our lovely icy weather just ain't cutting it for them! LOL
I'm making some desserts for the wedding..[oh but of course, hehehe :P]
Baked Cheesecakes, Pavlovas and Chocolate Mousse...
Nice timing for a wedding because i actually feel like getting all dressed up...but on the other hand i feel like cuddling up at the movies with some yummy popcorn and hot chocolate, nice bitter hot chocolate... [did i say cuddling? well, ok there actually is nobody to cuddle with so let's just say i feel like going to the movies! ]
It's friday..yeah, weekend is approaching us:)

What's baked cheesecake? Is that like regular cheesecake? I'm thinking of having cheesecake as a dessert option too but still deciding what type! Any suggestions from the expert?

U get baked cheesecake and fridge set chessecake..
Taste is different, because fridge cheesecakes are more smooth and creamy, while baked cheesecakes are creamy and rich in flavour but because creamed cheese is used to make it [philladelphia creamed cheese is a brilliant choice!]
baked cheesecake is also a better option since your wedding is still in summer right?and if u had fridge cheesecake, it would need to be kept in fridge so it doesnt melt!Unless u hav the option of fridge space.. [me yet again confused with the seasons!LOL]
baked cheesecake is more of a "winter, comfort" dessert BUT if u dnt hav fridge space avail, then def go with the baked one, because it is served cold/room temp..not hot dessert..
